Today was very surreal. To pass my recital and concert attendance I had to sit through five recitals today, for a total of six hours of music. Afterward I played a lot of Super Smash Brothers, and made some awesome brownies for a pot luck tomorrow. Three sentences to cover 17 hours. I guess I did some other things. Read part of this book, Fitzpatrick's War by Theodore Judson. I have read it before, and planned on reading it through every recital, but they like to turn down the lights. Also, some people played legitimately interesting pieces. One girl played La Campanella by Liszt. Her hands looked impossible as they flew over the keys like lightning.
I guess this senior year is over. Too bad I have a few more left. And I will be working at pizza hut for a while, I start on the 10th.
